Here is a summary of all of the key dates and relevant deadlines for people interested in the African Leadership Institute Tutu Leadership Programme. Please check back to this page as it is updated when necessary.
For all applicants to the Class of 2024 - please see the announcement of the Class of 2024 at the AFLI website.
The dates for the Class of 2025 are below. Note that dates may change. It is strongly recommended that you subscribe should you wish to receive notification emails from AFLI regarding when nominations open.
For the Class of 2025

| Candidates are granted access to the site | Approximately 10 days after nominations close - around mid September |
| Deadline for candidates to submit their application | Typically end September / start of October |
| Deadline for Letters of Recommendation by Referees | Same date as nominations close |
| Selection process begins | Mid-October |
| Finalisation by selectors of the Class | End January 2025 |
| Communication with final candidates | Invitation emails sent to Associates and Reserves early February 2025 |
| Announcement of the Class of 2025 | Sometime around the end of March, beginning of April. |
| First Workshop of the Programme | End April / Beginning May |
