Candidates for the 2026 Tutu Fellowship Programme, please log in below.

Candidates who were nominated and who are moving onto the application phase of the process, you will have received an email from the AFLI website (alinstitute.org) explaining the application process, and an email with your login credentials from this site (tutufellows.africa). If you appear not to have received them, please check in your spam folders and read our guide on how to whitelist our domains to ensure you receive all of the email notifications in good time. When logging in, please take care copying and pasting your credentials. Most instances of difficulties logging in is due to accidental adding of hidden spaces when copying and pasting. Note that the links to retrieve your username and password are disabled.  The deadline for completed submissions of your applications can be found on the Key Dates and Deadlines page.  This is a hard deadline. 

For individuals still seeking to participate in the 2026 cohort, nominations closed at midnight South Africa time on 21 September 2025.

Nominators, please keep any eye out for emails from us in the next two weeks, in the event we have difficulties with the email address of the nominee you submitted.
